Which countries do you currently sell to?
Currently, Teaching with a Touch of Honey sells items to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Customers in other countries may purchase items from Teachers Pay Teachers. Feel free to contact me if you live in a country not listed and would like to inquire about shipping.
Where can I purchase Teaching with a Touch of Honey Products?
Currently, materials are sold at Teachers Pay Teachers and right here on Teaching with a Touch of Honey. Each product listed on these sites is identical. Prices may fluctuate from location to location due to sales and costs created by the individual sites (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales offered by Teachers Pay Teachers). In general, prices on TpT are quoted in US dollars and prices on Teaching with a Touch of Honey Website are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Are there any advantages to buying at Teaching with a Touch of Honey vs TpT, TES, etc.?
Yes! I am able to offer specific customer and product discounts not otherwise available at other sites. With that said, each product listed in multiple marketplaces has identical content. If you purchased a writing lesson at TpT, it is identical to the writing lesson purchased at Teaching with a Touch of honey. Individual prices may fluctuate due to sales and costs required by the parent company (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales).
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards via PayPal and Stripe payments. We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders. Please contact us for using purchase orders.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes we do, but you must contact us to get the process started.
Am I responsible for tax or duties?
International customers are responsible for all customs/duties charged by their applicable country.
Note: this is subject to change at any time to comply with local, national, and international tax laws.
How do I access my purchased digital items?
There are two ways to get to your purchased downloads:
- An automatic email with the download link is generated every time you make a purchase so check your inbox and spam/junk box then click on the link in the email.
- Log in to your account and you will find a list of your purchases, which you can download at any time onto any of your devices.
I never received my purchase.
Technology can be finicky!
First, check your spam box. Often, the email with your download link will be mistakenly filed there.
If you have a gmail account, be sure to check your promotions tab.
Finally, go to my account and check under downloads!
How do I get the download when it says download for free now?
Just click the big download button below the activity and enter your name and email address to confirm that you're already on the list. Then you will be redirected to download the free resource.
Can I download more than one of your freebies?
Absolutely! Freebies are one way that we can thank you for being an email subscriber. You are welcome to download them all.
Simply go to the page of the freebie that you would like and enter your email again.
Since you are already subscribed, it will immediately open up the download.
My files opened in a new browser tab or window. How do I save them to my computer?
Your file should download automatically (usually to you "downloads" folder on your computer.
If the file opens in a new tab:
- Go to the tab that shows the file.
- Click the download button.
I tried to download on my phone, but it didn't work.
Many phones don’t have the necessary software to open our digital freebies and products.
Save your email and come back to download when you can use a computer.
Can I share my files (especially freebies!) with my friends?
All resources (even free ones!) have copyright protection, just like physical books, and cannot be shared.
Instead, share the link to where your friends can subscribe so they can follow the steps to claim the free offer themselves.

Due to the nature of these products, once a set is bought and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Please also ensure that you look carefully at what you are buying and read the details underneath each product before you make a purchase.
